Struggling Pizza and Pasta Restaurant

I am the owner a Pizza and Pasta Restaurant in Champlin, MN.  It is one of nine, in a small successful franchise.  Champlin is a growing city with many new residences and commercial buildings.  Among the commercial growth is competition with many new restaurants.  I am located in the older part of the city which has plans for new construction, residence and shops.  I am in need of some cash to help me get cault up on some taxes, money for equipment and upkeep, and advertising.

Mansetti's Pizza and Pasta is a small francise in Champlin.  We serve fresh pizza, pasta, salads appetizers and beer and wine.  Dine-in, carry out and delivery.  We make our own sauces, slice our own fresh veggies and make our own dough.  Dining room holds about 144 people including a banquet room that holds 44.  There are about 15 employees.  Located in the end unit of a strip mall near the mississipi river.
